The Stooges are members of the Royal Air Force in England who work as vehicle mechanics. After crashing into a police car, our heroes need a place to hide, but the sewage pipe they decide to use as cover actually conceals a bomb that they detonate on our adversaries. As Moe, Curly, and Larry find themselves inside enemy lines, they decide to put on disguises: Moe and Curly become German officers, while Larry becomes a seductive fraulein. Moe and Curly steal the secret plans from the high command as General Bommel is chasing for Larry.
