Shifty, a young split drug dealer in London, sees his life rapidly spiral unmanageable when his friend returns residence. Stalked by a consumer hopeless to score in all prices, and also with his family members ready to transform their back on him forever, Elusive have to out-run as well as out-smart a competing pusher, bent on setting him up for a big loss.
