Taesu, a detective fighting organized crime, returns to his hometown for his senior school friend Wang-jae's funeral. Additionally, he meets they reminisce, Dong-hwan and Seok-hwan and his old friends Pil-ho. Suspecting some thing fishy concerning Wang jae's passing, Seok-hwan and Taesu start exploring itin their own way. Their investigations result in a property development project that Pil ho is currently directing.
