Billy Wong is just a new york cop whose partner is gunned down during a robbery. Billy and his partner, Danny Garoni, work security at a fashion show every time a wealthy man's son, Laura Shapiro, is contested. The Federal government suspect that Laura's father is involved with Mr. Ko, a Hong Kong medication kingpin, and so that the NYC police commissioner sends the two cops to Hong Kong to inquire.
