In Madrid, Spain, a mysterious serial killer murders his victims mercilessly while replicating the initial appearances of many comic book superheroes. Cosme, a retired veteran police inspector, works on the investigation alongside tortured Inspector David Valentn and his own son Jorge Elas, a nerdy young guy who manages a comic book store.
