Spring, a destined loser, is rescued by three street cleaners after being attacked by a vampire. When he regains consciousness, he discovers himself in a government-run covert facility concealed within a rubbish collection station. Spring then realizes that he possesses a unique immunity to vampire attack, which qualifies him to serve as an operative for the covert organization known as the Vampire Cleanup Department.
