After a five-year absence, investigator Charlie Vargas returns to Los Angeles to avenge his old partner's death. Together with White Chocolate, a teenage investigator with a chip on his shoulder, they explore a world of Black Magic, Zombies, and Mexican Wrestling in quest of Jimmy Vanilla, an infamous drug trafficker and murderer.
