Bottoms Up!

Professor Jim Edwards, an inept boarding school headmaster, concocts a crazy plot to elevate his boarding school's status and thereby save his job by passing off his bookie's son as a Middle Eastern royal. The headmaster's bizarre scheme is complicated further when a Foreign Office official arrives and announces that a real prince will be placed under Edwards' supervision, not because of the school's illustrious reputation, but because a gang of kidnappers is unlikely to look for the regal child there.
