Come and See

The intrusion of a village at Byelorussia by forces pushes Florya into the forest to join with the exhausted flying fighters, contrary to his family's wishes. There he meets with a girl, Glasha, that accompanies him back. Florya finds peasants massacred and his loved ones, on returning home. His continuing survival amidst the debris of warfare gets nightmarish, a conflict between hope and despair.
