The majority of the time, we just drove about aimlessly, pulling over whenever we spotted something or someone that piqued our curiosity, hoping that one thing would lead to another and that the cosmos would tug us in one direction or the other. We spent the majority of our time with these characters, and it is reflected in the finished film. It was brief and to the point, and I didn't even bother interviewing anyone other than to ask them if they had any advice. In the end, we had a slew of folks delivering stories and conversing about whatever was on their minds. It was an unusual and thrilling journey that led us to a number of unexpected locations.
