Four Flies on Grey Velvet

Roberto, a drummer in a rock band, keeps becoming weird phone calls along with being accompanied by a mysterious man. One night he decides to catch up with his persecutor and attempts to convince him to talk in the resulting struggle he accidentally stabs him. He runs off, but he knows when the next day he receives a envelope together with photos of him killing the 27, that his troubles have only begun. Some one is killing all of his friends and trying to frame him for the murders...
