Nightmare Beach

Florida: Cyclist Edward Santer, known as "Diablo", is electrocuted for murder. He goes to the chair protesting his innocence, declaring he was set up by the local cops chief as well as swearing revenge from past the grave. A number of teens are quickly uncovered dead, having been electrocuted. It appears Diablo's curse has become a reality.
