Solomon and Sheba
Although surrounded by enemies for example its own allies and Egypt under the principle of King David, Israel is booming and united. The King David that is aging favors his younger son, Solomon, as his successor, but a warrior, David son Prince Adonijah, declares himself King. When David accomplishes this, he admits Solomon to be his own successor. Joab and adonijah, his general, withdraw in anger. Israel prospers under King Solomon's wise and benevolent principle and continues to be viewed as a hazard. The Pharaoh of Egypt agrees to cede a Red Sea port in a plot to the Queen of Sheba. Sheba is to seduce Solomon and present ancestral worship that is Sheban into Jerusalem. Meanwhile, the Prince Adonijah, now banished, also conspires with Pharaoh and is given an army. The film is a highly fictionalized dramatization of events First Kings chapter 10 and 2nd Chronicles chapter 9.
