Titanic
This obscure German film retells truth tale of the British ocean liner that satisfied an awful fate. Ernst Fritz Fürbringer plays the head of state of the White Star Line, who unwisely pushed the Titanic's captain (Otto Wernicke) to make the swiftest possible crossing to New york city. Interestingly, supervisor Herbert Selpin was apprehended by the Gestapo during this movie's manufacturing, and German censors outlawed the film for its scenes of panic as well as horror.
