Buck Rogers in the 25th Century
American science fiction adventure show Buck Rogers in the 25th Century is made by Universal Studios. The show ran for two seasons from 1979 to 1981, and the pilot episode was shown in theaters as a feature-length film a few months before the show started. The film and series were made by Glen A. Larson and Leslie Stevens. They were based on the character Buck Rogers, who was created by Philip Francis Nowlan in 1928 and had been in comic strips, novels, a serial film, and on radio and TV.
