Claymore
Norihiro Yagi created the manga Claymore. The serial debuted in May 2001's Monthly Shnen Jump. The series moved to Weekly Shnen Jump after the magazine was terminated in June 2007. Series moved to Jump Square in November 2007. Shueisha published 23 tankbon volumes as of December 2012. Madhouse turned the first 11 volumes into a 26-episode anime. The series started on NTV on April 3, 2007 and aired through September 25, 2007. A CD soundtrack and a CD of character songs featuring anime voice actresses were released on July 25 and September 27, 2007. Viz Media licensed Claymore for English release in North America. It launched the first volume on April 4, 2006, and 21 more by November 6, 2012. Funimation Entertainment published the first DVD in Fall 2008 and the whole series on Blu-ray in Spring 2010. Madman Entertainment licensed the anime for Australia and New Zealand, and Manga Entertainment sub-licensed it for the UK.
