Moonlighting
Moonlighting is a American television series which aired from March 3, 1985. A total of 66 episodes aired. Starring Bruce Willis and Cybill Shepherd as private detectives, the series was a blend of comedy, drama, and romance, also has been considered to be one of the very first influential and successful examples of comedy-drama, or"dramedy", appearing as a distinct television genre.
Jazz singer Al Jarreau conducted the theme song of the show and became a winner. The series is credited to making Willis a star, while still providing a critical success to Shepherd after a string of endeavors that were lackluster. In 1997, the episode"The Dream Sequence Always Rings Twice" has been ranked #3-4 on TV Guide's 100 Greatest Episodes of All Time. In 2007, the series was recorded as one of Time magazine"100 Best television shows of alltime." The association between David and Maddie has been comprised in TV Guide's list of the very best television couples of all time.
