Mr. Magoo, the titular good-natured individual, is always willing to provide a hand, but without his spectacles he frequently causes mishaps as he creates a variety of chaotic misunderstandings. Despite this, Magoo's only adversary is his neighbor, Fizz, a megalomaniacal hamster, and Weasel, his human servant, who Magoo always manages to unwittingly foil.
