Sweet 18
When Yoon Jung Sook is born, Kwon Hyuk Joon's grandfather, who is the head of the traditional Kwon family, gives his consent to have his grandson, Hyuk Joon, wed Yoon Jung Sook. Yoon Jung Sook is Kwon Hyuk Joon's fiancee. As time goes on, the two sets of relatives are unable to communicate with one another. This is due to the fact that Jung Sook's family is forced to leave their home shortly after the contract is made because they are unable to meet their financial obligations. After a further 18 years have passed, Jung Sook has matured into a girl who is defiant and has a strong will, and she simply wishes to live her life in the manner in which she finds most satisfying. She doesn't have many goals for her life, which makes her the perfect counterpoint to her opponent, Hyuk Joon, who is focused on getting things done. When Jung Sook and Hyuk Joon see each other again, they have a terrible argument because Jung Sook considers her fiancé to be nothing but dull, and Hyuk Joon considers Jung Sook to be nothing but a child who hasn't grown up yet. They go ahead and get married in spite of this. The events that take place in the following chapters tell the tale of their fresh start in life as a couple, complete with the challenges they must overcome.
