Wild America
Wild America is a documentary television series which is targeted on wild lands of North America and the creatures. By the mid-1970s, several full length documentaries had been come up with by Marty Stouffer. As of the time, he approached the recruiting managers at Public Broadcasting Service in regards to a wild life show to focus exclusively upon fauna and the flora of North America. PBS signed to broadcast the show Wild America at 1982 of Marty Stouffer. The show moved onto become one of the popular Directed by PBS, famous because of its extensive use of film techniques such as closeups and slow motion, in addition to its portrayal of nature. Stouffer made $135,000 per show.
The production of the show ran from 1982 to 1994. The series is not any more on PBS. Re runs still air in syndication on commercial tv through much of the USA. In 1997, a feature picture entitled Wild America, which has been based on his brothers along with the narrative of Marty Stouffer, Mark and Marshall was published by Warner Brothers.
